Information Sessions and Tours

Tours Begin for the Summer on June 2,  2008

The Office of Admissions appreciates your interest in visiting Clark Atlanta University. To aid in effectively planning your visit, we provide the following information to assist you.

Campus tours are conducted Monday through Friday at 10:00 a.m. (group tours) and 2:00 p.m. (family tours). While we welcome all families with some advance notice, we require that ALL Group Tours be submitted in writing to the Office of Admissions at least 4 weeks in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please include the following information in your written tour request: group name, contact person, contact number, date you would like to visit, total number of individuals in group.

The tour will consist of a walking tour of Clark Atlanta University lasting 30-45 minutes. During this time students will be given Admission requirements and tips on what to expect as a college student from a student Admissions Ambassador. At the conclusion of the tour, any graduating Senior students interested in attending Clark Atlanta University may request to speak further with an Admissions Counselor.

Please be mindful that groups exceeding 50 students may be subject to denial based upon scheduling during peak seasons.

All tour groups arriving on campus must first report to the security booth located at the intersection of James P. Brawley Dr. and Fair St. to receive directions to the Office of Admissions. Once the group arrives to the Office of Admissions, a representative of the group will need to check in and will receive further instruction.

We would appreciate all tours arranging to arrive on campus at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time. Please note that tours will start on time and late arrivals may not have the opportunity to take a guided tour

In Inclement weather
For LATE Arrivals
On Weekends/Holidays

To make a reservation for your campus visit, you should submit your request via this electronic form, or inwriting, at least four weeks prior to your requested date. Note: If completing your request in writing, you must include all information from the form below when making your request.
