Information Sessions and Tours
SPRING TOURS ARE CLOSED AS OF March 27, 2012
The Clark Atlanta University Office of Admissions would like to thank everyone for their increasing interest in touring our campus. We have succeeded in booking our tours to capacity for the spring 2012 semester and will only be accepting tour request for our summer tour season that runs from June 4, 2012 to July 27, 2012. Tours will be conducted only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 am 11:00 am and 2:00 pm of each week. Space for each allotted tour time is limited, so we do suggest requesting your tour at least 14 business days in advance or sooner.
The Office of Admissions appreciates your interest in visiting Clark Atlanta University. To help aid in effectively planning your visit, the following information has been provided to assist you.
Please note that tours are set up by electronic form only. Please include the following information in your tour requests: group name, contact person, contact number, e-mail address, date you would like to visit the campus and total number of individuals in your group. A confirmation will be sent out one week from the day received.

The tour will consist of a 30 minute presentation followed by a 30 minute walking tour of Clark Atlanta University’s campus. During this time students will be given admission requirements and tips on what to expect as a college student from a student Admissions Ambassador tour guide. At the conclusion of the tour, any graduating seniors interested in attending Clark Atlanta University will be afforded the opportunity to speak with an Admissions Counselor.
All tour buses will unload students/staff at the Bishop Cornelius L. Henderson Student Center located at the corner of James P. Brawley Drive and Student Movement Boulevard. (THIS AREA IS FOR LOADING/UNLOADING ONLY). After unloading, the buses must depart to the assigned parking area located at 830 M.L. King Drive, Atlanta, GA.
We would appreciate all guests to the campus arranging their arrival to the Office of Admissions in Trevor Arnett at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time to avoid any cancellation of tours due to late arrival.
Tours are not conducted:
- In inclement weather
- For late arrivals
- On Weekends (not previously scheduled)/Holidays
Campus Tours will not be conducted on the following dates:
- November 24, 2011 - November 25, 2011
- December 1, 2011 - December 31, 2011
- January 1, 2012 - January 17, 2012
- March 5, 2012 - March 9, 2012
- April 6, 2012
- May 1, 2012 - May 31, 2012
Reservations
To make a reservation for your campus visit, you should submit your request form via the electronic form at least two weeks prior to your requested tour date.
